  • Included are 8 of the Heath Two-Piece Martin Gourds with Crescent Starling Resistant Entrance Holes.
  • The rounded base of each gourd forms a 7" diameter nesting area.
  • The crescent-shaped entry hole helps deter larger birds from using the gourd.
  • Perforations under each crescent opening allow you to remove the bottom, plastic shield, and offer martins a 2.125" diameter, round entry hole instead.
  • A plastic canopy above the entry directs rain away from the nest, and two slots on the base of each item offer drainage for any captured water.
  • The off white color of each gourd helps the internal temperature remain cool.
