• For versatility, remove the interior plug to create a double sized apartment, and insert a solid panel in the front wall to remove one of the doors.
• All the porches have drainage holes in front of the entrance holes. 
•  Mount this house high atop the Heath Martin House Pole (Not Included) for proper height.
• Once purple martins have migrated, you can seal the holes to prevent other birds from taking over.
• Screwdriver and pliers required for assembly.
