A. All products that we sell in this web site, is free standard shipping in the USA. The products that say "Free standard shipping in the USA" is just a reminder that there is free shipping.
Q. Why do some products take 2 - 9 business days and others can take 26 days?
A. Usually the products that take 2 - 9 business days are in the USA and products that take longer for shipping are coming from other countries, so it takes longer with shipping.
Q. Why is there free shipping in the USA and not in Canada?
A. Unfortunately, shipping in Canada is more expensive than the USA and this is why offering free shipping in the USA can be done. But during check out, on a product, you will see your shipping charges to Canada, before any charges will be made. At this time, you can decide if you wish to proceed with your order or decline. But the shipping charges to Canada are reasonable and hopefully in the future, shipping charges can be adjusted, since online shopping is increasing shipping, it may drive down shipping charges.
Q. What if my item is broke or missing parts?

Our suppliers want to handle this problem themselves, since each supplier has a different way handling this unfortunate problem.
